As soon as you submit your medical inquiry and share your medical reports, our experts will review your reports and will share your treatment plan within 24 to 48 hours which includes the doctor’s opinion and detailed cost.
We only have JCI, NABH, and NABL accredited hospitals on our panel which meet international standards. We are associated with the best and most experienced doctors holding years of experience in their field of practice. Our case manager will share 3 - 4 best medical opinions and costs from different hospitals with you.
Yes, our doctors are available for phone and video consultations.
We will share the Medical Visa Invitation Letter (VIL) issued by the hospital. Traveling to India is now easy and you can apply for the medical e-visa if your country is in the list of countries eligible for e-visa. Our case managers will guide you regarding the online visa application process. However, if your country is not on the list of medical e-visa, you can apply for it offline at the Indian embassy or consulate in your country.
Yes, we provide complimentary airport transfers from the airport to your hotel. We will assign a dedicated staff who will help you throughout your treatment journey in India. We will assist you with hospital appointments, hospital admission, booking cabs, arranging local SIM cards, and planning local tours.
Yes, we have hotels and service apartments available as per your budget and need. Our case managers will share the hotel options beforehand so we can book it in advance.
We recommend you travel with a companion since she/he will assist you in recovering during and after your surgery at the hospital and hotel. The treatment package includes the food and stay for 1 attendant at the hospital. If you are not able to travel with any companion we also have nursing staff available to assist you after surgery. Our case managers will help you with the prices to hire the nursing staff.
You can pay the hospital bill in USD cash. To avoid carrying large amounts of cash, you can also make hospital payments through VISA and Master Debit or Credit Cards. Apart from this, you can also wire transfer the treatment amount to the hospital bank account before your surgery.
After the surgery, you need to stay in India for 2 to 3 weeks to complete your follow-up visits with your treating doctor and to make sure that everything is ok. After your surgery, we help you arrange the fit-to-fly letter from your treating doctor, discharge medicines, arrange airport drop, etc.
Yes, our staff stays in touch with you even after you travel back to your country. If you have any queries or concerns, we will help in scheduling a call with your treating doctor. We also assist you in shipping your medicines from India.
